MELT DPS Build 👍
Ganyu's Level 2 Charged Shot applies two instances Cryo as they do not share the same ICD, which allows you to trigger Melt reaction twice for both damage instances. Charged Attack will be the majority of her damage output while neglecting her Skill/Burst damage contribution for most scenarios. Regarding Weapon Choices: Amos' Bow: This is an excellent weapon for Ganyu since her Level 2 Charge Shot Bloom extends arrow flight duration and you can get 3 stacks of Amos' passive even on point blank range. Hamayumi: Due to its passive, this weapon prefers Wanderer's Troupe (4) instead. Prototype Crescent: At higher refinement levels with good uptime on its passive, it can potentially be on par with Skyward Harp. However, do bear in mind that not all enemies have weak spots that you can headshot, which does affect its performance significantly. Regarding Artifact Sets: Shimenawa's Reminiscence (4) and Wanderer's Troupe (4): If you are able to squeeze 5 Charged Attacks during the 10 second buff duration, Shimenawa's Reminiscence (4) pulls ahead of Wanderer's Troupe (4). Due to it being very difficult to do, Wanderer's Troupe (4) will usually end up dealing more damage for most players. Note that unless you intend to artifact strongbox Wanderer's Troupe pieces, Shimenawa's Riminiscence (4) remains the better set to farm as the domain is greatly resin efficient. Regarding Talent Priority: Ganyu's Elemental Burst is low priority on a Melt Build since most of the times, you don't cast her burst at all so that it doesn't steal your Melt reaction.
In some teams and situations, using Ganyu's Elemental Burst can be detrimental to overall damage due to stealing Pyro aura, thus reducing the amount of CAs melting.

Gain 12%/15%/18%/21%/24% All Elemental DMG Bonus. Obtain the Tireless Hunt effect after hitting an opponent with a Charged Attack. This effect increases Charged Attack DMG by 160%/200%/240%/280%/320% of Elemental Mastery. This effect will be removed after 12 Charged Attacks or 10s. Only 1 instance of Tireless Hunt can be gained every 12s.
Increases Normal and Charged Attack DMG by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24%. After a Normal or Charged Attack is fired, DMG dealt increases by a further 8%/10%/12%/14%/16% every 0.1s the arrow is in the air for up to 5 times.
The Cleansing Form
HP is increased by 16%/20%/24%/28%/32%. When there are opponents nearby, the DMG dealt by the wielder of this weapon is increased by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%. This will take effect whether the character is on-field or not.
Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst DMG increased by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24%. After a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst hits an opponent, 1 stack of Ashen Nightstar will be gained for 12s. When 1/2/3/4 stacks of Ashen Nightstar are present, ATK is increased by (10/20/30/48%)/(12.5/25/37.5/60%)/(15/30/45/72%)/(17.5/35/52.5/84%)/(20/40/60/96%). The stack of Ashen Nightstar created by the Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst will be counted independently of the others.
Increases CRIT DMG by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%. Hits have a 60%/70%/80%/90%/100% chance to inflict a small AoE attack, dealing 125% Physical ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 4/3.5/3/2.5/2s.
Rule by Thunder
Increases ATK by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% and grants the might of the Thunder Emblem. At stack levels 1/2/3, the Thunder Emblem increases Normal Attack DMG by (12/24/40%)/(15/30/50%)/(18/36/60%)/(21/42/70%)/(24/48/80%). The character will obtain 1 stack of Thunder Emblem in each of the following scenarios: Normal Attack deals DMG (stack lasts 5s), casting Elemental Skill (stack lasts 10s); Energy is less than 100% (stack disappears when Energy is full). Each stack's duration is calculated independently.
Increases Normal Attack DMG by 16%/20%/24%/28%/32% and Charged Attack DMG by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24%. When the equipping character's Energy reaches 100%, this effect is increased by 100%.
Charged Attack hits on weak points increase Movement SPD by 10% and ATK by 36%/45%/54%/63%/72% for 10s.

After defeating an enemy, ATK is increased by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24% for 30s. This effect has a maximum of 3 stacks, and the duration of each stack is independent of the others.

While aiming, an icy aura will accumulate on the arrowhead before the arrow is fired. Has different effects based on how long the energy has been charged:
- Charge Level 1: Fires off an icy arrow that deals Cryo DMG.
- Charge Level 2: Fires off a Frostflake Arrow that deals Cryo DMG. The Frostflake Arrow blooms after hitting its target, dealing AoE Cryo DMG.
Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Trail of the Qilin
Leaving a single Ice Lotus behind, Ganyu dashes backward, shunning all impurity and dealing AoE Cryo DMG.
- Continuously taunts surrounding opponents, attracting them to attack it.
- Endurance scales based on Ganyu's Max HP.
- Blooms profusely when destroyed or once its duration ends, dealing AoE Cryo DMG.

Coalesces atmospheric frost and snow to summon a Sacred Cryo Pearl that exorcises evil.
During its ability duration, the Sacred Cryo Pearl will continuously rain down shards of ice, striking opponents within an AoE and dealing Cryo DMG.
Ganyu can bring down sweet rains as a matter of course. But against demons and heretics, they become bitter, freezing snow.
After firing a Frostflake Arrow, the CRIT Rate of subsequent Frostflake Arrows and their resulting bloom effects is increased by 20% for 5s.

Celestial Shower grants a 20% Cryo DMG Bonus to active party members in the AoE.
Preserved for the Hunt
Refunds 15% of the ore used when crafting Bow-type weapons.
Charge Level 2 Frostflake Arrows or Frostflake Arrow Blooms decrease opponents' Cryo RES by 15% for 6s upon hit.
A hit also regenerates 2 Energy for Ganyu. This effect can only occur once per Charge Level 2 Frostflake Arrow, regardless if Frostflake Arrow itself or its Bloom hits the target.
Trail of the Qilin gains 1 additional charge.
Increases the Level of Celestial Shower by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Opponents standing within the AoE of Celestial Shower take increased DMG. This effect strengthens over time.
Increased DMG taken begins at 5% and increases by 5% every 3s, up to a maximum of 25%.
The effect lingers for 3s after the opponent leaves the AoE.
Increases the Level of Trail of the Qilin by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Using Trail of the Qilin causes the next Frostflake Arrow shot within 30s to not require charging.
