OFF-FIELD DPS Build 👍
Albedo is a character that can summon a Geo Construct from his Elemental Skill which deals damage on a 2 second interval whenever enemies in the field are damaged. His Elemental Burst provides 125 EM to the party, which is good on teams that rely on amplification reactions, such as Vaporize. It is worth noting that since his stat priority is focused on DEF (Elemental Skill scaling), you might want to skip casting Elemental Burst if your team doesn't benefit from the 125 EM buff. Another option is to build him with ATK-DEF Hybrid, which ends up with lower Skill damage but higher Burst damage. Regarding Weapon Choices: Harbinger of Dawn: Albedo's Elemental Skill scales with Defense, which is why the Base ATK from the weapon doesn't matter that much. Harbinger of Dawn offers a lot of Crit stats which is why it is one of the strongest weapons for him despite being a 3 star weapon. The downside of this weapon is that you'd need to keep Albedo's HP at 90% or higher to benefit from the passive, so it might be annoying to use against certain enemies which has a HP lowering debuff, even when off-field, such as Corrosion. Mistsplitter Reforged: Realistically you are only able to get 2 stacks of this weapon's passive and this requires setup. Generally just use Harbinger of Dawn instead and give your Mistsplitter Reforged to another sword DPS character. Freedom-Sworn: Equipping this weapon will decrease Albedo's own damage significantly but he is one of the better Freedom-Sworn holders since he can trigger the passive quite easily to buff your other party members. Regarding Artifact Sets: Husk of Opulent Dreams (4): Due to Albedo's skill snapshotting upon cast, you need to either wait ~12 seconds before starting a domain/fight to reach max stacks or recast his skill to benefit from the DEF and Geo DMG bonus provided by the 4 piece set effect. Tenacity of the Millelith (4): This set is used for the 4 piece set effect which has good uptime on Albedo. Worth noting that this set decreases your Elemental Skill damage by a lot if compared to the other offensive sets. Noblesse Oblige (4): If you don't have another character in your party that has this set, you can use this set on Albedo. You might want to get some Energy Recharge substats to maintain your Elemental Burst uptime for this. It is also worth noting that this set decreases your Elemental Skill damage by a lot if compared to the other offensive sets. Regarding Artifact Substats Priority: ATK% and Energy Recharge substats are only valuable on a Hybrid Albedo that casts his Elemental Burst.

When the character wielding this weapon triggers Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field. When you possess 2 Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" increases Normal, Charged and Plunging Attack DMG by 16%/20%/24%/28%/32% and increases ATK by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Rebellion for 20s. Of the many effects of the "Millennial Movement," buffs of the same type will not stack.

Abiogenesis: Solar Isotoma
Albedo creates a Solar Isotoma using alchemy, which deals AoE Geo DMG on appearance. Solar Isotoma has the following properties: - When opponents within the Solar Isotoma field take DMG, the Solar Isotoma will generate Transient Blossoms which deal AoE Geo DMG. DMG dealt scales off Albedo's DEF. - Transient Blossoms can only be generated once every 2s. - When a character is located at the locus of the Solar Isotoma, the Solar Isotoma will accumulate Geo power to form a crystallized platform that lifts the character up to a certain height. Only one crystallized platform can exist at a time. - Solar Isotoma is considered a Geo construct. Only one Solar Isotoma created by Albedo himself can exist at a time. Hold to designate the location of the skill.
This Geo bloom has an unusual property mirrored in the aim of alchemy. To rise from the earth, soar into the sky, and become the sun.
Rite of Progeniture: Tectonic Tide
Under Albedo's command, Geo crystals surge and burst forth, dealing AoE Geo DMG in front of him. If a Solar Isotoma created by Albedo himself is on the field, 7 Fatal Blossoms will be generated in the Solar Isotoma field, bursting violently into bloom and dealing AoE Geo DMG. Tectonic Tide DMG and Fatal Blossom DMG will not generate Transient Blossoms.

When the party includes at least 2 Hexerei characters, you will gain the Hexerei: Secret Rite effect, which enhances Hexerei characters. Transient Blossoms generated by the Elemental Skill Abiogenesis: Solar Isotoma grant Albedo Fatal Reckoning for 30s: - Unleashing the Elemental Burst Rite of Progeniture: Tectonic Tide consumes all stacks of Fatal Reckoning. Each stack of Fatal Reckoning consumed increases the DMG dealt by Fatal Blossoms and Rite of Progeniture: Tectonic Tide's burst DMG by 30% of Albedo's DEF. - This effect stacks up to 4 times. Additionally, when Albedo is not on the field and when the stack count of Fatal Reckoning reaches 4, all stacks of Fatal Reckoning are consumed. This generates 3 Fatal Blossoms near your active character, which will violently bloom to deal AoE Geo DMG equal to 300% of Albedo's DEF, DMG that will be considered Elemental Burst DMG. Where the Passive Talent Homuncular Nature has also been unlocked, the Elemental Mastery of nearby party members will also increase by 125 for 10s.

Descent of Divinity
Active party members within the Solar Isotoma field have their Plunging Attack DMG increased by 30%. Additionally, when a nearby active party member jumps near a Silver Isotoma, the Silver Isotoma will be destroyed while greatly increasing the height of that jump, and for the next 3s, said character will deal 30% more Plunging Attack ground impact DMG. This effect is removed 0.1s after Plunging Attack ground impact DMG is dealt.

Dust of Purification
Current active party members within the Solar Isotoma field who are protected by a Shield created by Crystallize, or when Moondrifts are present within the Solar Isotoma field, have their DMG increased by 17%. Additionally, use of the Elemental Burst Rite of Progeniture: Tectonic Tide destroys all Silver Isotomas present on the field, and whenever a Silver Isotoma is destroyed this way the current instance of Elemental Burst will also be considered as having cleared 4 Fatal Reckoning stacks from the Constellation Opening of Phanerozoic. This increases the DMG dealt by Fatal Blossom by 250% of Albedo's DEF for the next 20s.
